18. December 2019: Christmas Party of former employees at the KSM Castings Group
Dr. Klaus Greven and Christian Pape, the two plant managers of the KSM Castings Group, welcomed the former employees for the annual Christmas party, together with the Head of Works Council, Manuel Duarte.
Also this year, the party was celebrated in the Berghölzchen in Hildesheim. During the popular event, more than 140 participants listened to the review and outlook about the company development and future plans. Both plant managers reported about the components that are currently produced, about further investments and global challenges KSM has to face and will face in the future.
„Shared experiences unite people. Each year, we are happy to see that former employees still feel committed to the company even after years and that they like to meet regularly”, said the organizer of the event, Manual Duarte.
The former KSM employees enjoyed the afternoon and used the reunion for joint discussions. This year as well, the kitchen staff and service team pampered the guests with a hearty meal.
