Dual Study Course:
Combined Vocational Training
and Degree Program

A dual study course is characterised by an integration of the KSM Castings GmbH as an additional learning location within the studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Hanover, allowing the theoretical curriculum to be applied and deepened through practical use at the company.  

The training to become a Bachelor of Engineering also comprises a business or technical vocational training, including the standard examination at the Chamber of Commerce.  

The regular duration of studies is seven terms, including the completion of a Bachelor thesis.

The studies at the University of Applied Sciences Hanover and the vocational training at KSM Castings GmbH are synchronised in such way that there is a continuous exchange of theoretical and practical experiences.
