Body

We use the most advanced die casting facilities for the production of body components made of aluminum and magnesium alloys.

Using Premium Die Casting, we are particularly well-equipped for the manufacture of crash-resistant safety parts with maximum ductility and strength for body components.

Close-to-series prototypes with crash- relevant and material-related parameters are produced using Low-Pressure Sand Casting. Developed especially for this purpose, the most thin-walled body structure parts (up to 1.8 mm) and massive components such as swivel bearings can be produced in only a short period of time.
